There are some strange flavors going on here... lemony, peppery, burnt orangey... I can't quite put my finger on it. Even so, this beer isn't too distinctive or overly desirable. I feel the same way about most Flying Dog brews--I'll happily drink it, but won't usually buy it.

This is a very drinkable IPA. Still nicely hopped, but very refreshing. Almost a toned down Stone IPA.

On the one hand, very agreeable beer. But on the other, I'm not exactly dying to try another... but I probably will.
